Syncerror (id): Well yes I've read it, but its not like we don't WANT a server there. Unfortunately petitions don't pay for servers, unless the petition signatures are from advertisers interested in expanding their advertising into that market region through IGA.
The two way servers pop up in regions are:
1. Advertisers who use IGA begin advertising in a region to justify the opening of a server location or;
2. An ISP in the region is willing to host a QUAKE LIVE server for free at their data center (although the system requirements for the system are fairly high as each machine has to host a larger number of game servers).
